I have always had very crazy hair that would take ages to style every day.
Then a couple of years ago I decided that I'd just about had enough of struggling every single day and that I would invest in some quality straighteners to help me sort out my crazy hair.
My friend went to the hairdresser and she has very curly hair. She asked the stylist to attemt to straighten it and they got out some ghd stylers. When I saw her hair I couldn't believe it. Her hair was pencil straight. Not a frizz in place and the change from frizzy to straight was startling.
I initially used my friends but it soon became obvious that I would need to buy my own as I was becoming very dependent on them, using them every day - and so did my friend. I found the best deal online was listed here: ghd Straighteners - which list only official ghd stockists which is very important as there are loads of counterfeit ghd straighteners being sold on the net, in fact if you come across new ghd straighteners being sold for less than ?70 they are probably fake so beware. GHD Stands for Good Hair Day, as you are guaranteed one if you use them. They are ceramic plated straightening irons, which incorporate alot of technologies which you will not find in other shraighteners including something called negative ion technology, which seals in moisture, colour and your hairs natural oils. The plates heat up to 210 degrees in 7 seconds and can straighten your hair to perfection, or can be used to create flicks and curls.
They are expensive but after using them compared to others i think they are extremely good and can see why professionals use them. I am hoping that they last me a very long long time. But they do come with guarantee from the place that i bought them from and they would replace if they broke. I think really they were a very good investment of my ?90.
